Hello everyone,
In this article I’m gonna write about the importance of keeping an alkaline body and how to fight inflammation if we already have it.
It’s great to begin with the fact that everything we consume and ingest have either alkaline or acidic effect on our body. We want the first one.
Acidic foods create an environment where diseases can develop and grow while, on the other hand, alkaline foods not only prevent out body from disease birth but also fight an already existing inflammation which helps reduce the risk of diseases’ growth. As simple as that.
By consuming alkaline foods our body is able to reduce inflammation, which helps eliminate pain and disease. However, the body has to work to restore the pH balance inside the body after we consume acidic foods which requires releasing alkaline-rich minerals into the bloodstream (like calcium, phosphorus and magnesium). And here comes the big thing: In case that these minerals are not available, the body has to pull them out from our bones, teeth and organs. That no only creates susceptibility to viruses and disease but could have an even worse impact. It is now clear that dairy isn’t the calcium source of all times – on the contrary – it is such an acidic food that instead of providing us with healthy calcium, it’s a reason for the calcium to be pulled out from our bones and teeth.
You probably know that the ideal pH level is around 7.0. If the range goes below that level, the body is more acidic. If the range goes above 7.0, the body is highly-alkaline which isn’t very good either. Those levels vary throughout the body. Normally, the blood is slightly alkaline, with a pH between 7.35 and 7.45. The stomach, on the other hand, is very acidic, with a pH of 3.5 or below, so it can break down food. And the pH of the urine changes, depending on what we eat — that’s how our body keeps the level in our blood steady. Smart! The alkaline diet claims to help your body maintain its blood pH level.
Having a balanced pH level in the body is essential for proper health and vitality. Only then the body can effectively absorb the nutrients from the food we give it and eventually to effectively eliminate waste products.
Before I present you the list with alkaline foods, I would like to leave here another list with the most popular foods that we as human beings should avoid, because they are acidic for the human body.
With every bite we take from the above mentioned foods, we increase the acidity in our body which in turn creates the perfect environment for diseases to be born. I believe the hardest of this to be excluded is either cheese or bread, what do you say?
Live Pain-Free
It is my life mission to help inspire and motivate individuals to critically think about the effects of what they put into their bodies. You maybe think that the pain you are experiencing is a result of ‘bad genetics’ and that it is simply your ‘fate’ in life. But I am here to shift that perception inside of you and help set you up with the tools you need for a successful recovery. Everyone of us has or had inflammation at some point of his life but the fact that matters the most is whether we let it grow, whether we keep it inside us or we try to eliminate the inflammation and remain healthy.
Including all of these 50 foods into your daily menu will help fight inflammation in your body. As a result, your chronic pain will be reduced and even gone. It does take time though, because no one meal can make you chronically sick and no one meal can heal you.

What else you should know?
Gluten-free: An alkaline lifestyle excludes wheat, but in order to avoid gluten completely, you’ll need to check food labels carefully, as gluten is not just in wheat. Basically, nowadays gluten is added to almost everything packed in the stores.
Time: Fighting inflammation needs time. We can’t get sick with one meal and surely we can’t heal with one meal only. Science shows that in order for the body to be able to grow new healthy cells with the new healthy foods we provide, we will need approximately 90 days of following the chosen lifestyle.
Smart at home: Cravings will definitely appear and then, our saviour could be simply the lack of bad foods. So my advice is to shop and stock up on healthy foods only and just don’t bring home any packed and unhealthy stuff. If you don’t have them, you can’t eat them! In 90 days the body gets used to the new lifestyle and cravings won’t be such an issue anymore.
I want to help you get rid and stay away from chronic inflammation naturally. I want you to restore your health and live your best life possible. It is easier than you think and your health concerns are not your fate! You can fight them away with natural foods. I am here to guide you.
Hugs! ♡
