You will learn useful tips and tricks on how to incorporate more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds into your diet. You will be able to fall in love with the raw food abundance out there and see the magnificent effect the vegan foods have on your body, mind & spirit.

This 1-month program was carefully designed to bring awareness and plant the seed to a healthier and happier life. It’s time to start believing in yourself and the powers you possess to lose weight with the help of nature.

Within 1 month, we will have 4 sessions, 1 hour each. That makes 4 beautiful hours of conversations that matter! I will encourage you to adopt healthy behaviour changes and will hold you accountable for the choices you make.

You will receive understanding and guidance, full support via email between the sessions, meal recommendations and 100% healthy vegan recipes, answers to your questions, support via Instagram chat and more.

Whether you are vegetarian or meat eater,

it’s always a good decision to at least try a vegan lifestyle for 4 weeks. It’s something like detox, cleanse or just rest for your body.

4 weeks might seem a lot of time

but it will give you an overview of this lifestyle and help you decide on your future well-being.

I will show you what a healthy vegan means

and why vegan burgers, pizzas, ice-creams, etc are not healthy for our bodies. You will learn what healthy vegan food is and what should be avoided.

I will show you many examples

of raw foodies or long-term vegans who live longer and healthier. We’ll look into their diet and lifestyle and will discuss it openly.

I will also offer you valuable information

about how our body works so you can understand why plants are so good for us. Our body has to be nourished, supported and loved.

One thing is clear

– if you want to feel alive, eat food that gives life! I’ll prepare for you some recipes with delicious food so you won’t miss anything from your past diet.

  • We will talk about your food and lifestyle preferences and discuss your goals.
  • We will discuss the areas where we can make improvements.
  • I will make a plan for you and start coaching you.
  • You will receive meal ideas, dietary recommendations, guides, ebooks and more throughout the program.

  • We will meet every week for 1 hour for one month. This makes 4 meetings within that month.

In case you wonder:

  • Coaching on the weekends?

I know that life can get busy sometimes. Therefore you can have the consultations with me during the weekend as well. Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, it’s not a problem.

  • Not satisfied for any reason

There is no requirement for full payment in advance. If you are not satisfied, you can stop the program at any time with a 7-day notice period.

  • How does the payment happen?

You can pay after every consultation, in advance for the following month or for the entire program at once. We will discuss the options at our first meeting.

  • Is it possible to extend the program to 9 months?

Yes, it is possible in case we can both find a suitable day and time. Usually, the 6-month program can be repeated but with an advanced version – 6 more months for even deeper healing.
