Ingredients

  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 50 g raw hazelnuts
  • 50 g raw walnuts
  • 20 g raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp raw sesame seeds
  • 12 pcs Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 200 g coconut flakes (dehydrated)

This is one of the best ways to get in so many essential nutrients that we can't normally enjoy for some reason. Not to mention how easy it is to offer these sweets to our kids who will never know what's inside. :-))

Cooking Steps

    Add everything into a food processor and blend until you reach the desired consistency.

    Use your hands to form little balls, which then, cover in coconut flakes.

    Keep in the fridge for an hour and enjoy.
