- 1Add almond butter, coconut syrup and dates into a blending cup with 100 ml coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- 2Take a large bowl and add in almond flour, coconut flour, hemp flour, raw triphala, cacao and combine together using a spoon.
- 3It has to form a dough to work with hands. If needed, add more coconut milk or almond flour to adjust the texture.
- 4Also, try the dough if it's sweet enough for you and add some more dates or coconut syrup if you wish to enjoy sweeter truffles.
- 5Form small truffles by using your hands and place them on a plate. Cover them with hemp seeds, hemp flour, coconut flakes, cacao and whatever else you would like. Feel free to try different variants every time.
